During the week, Erik chases down the speeders in his high powered police car. On the weekends drivers are chasing him down. Erik is a fourth generation police officer and has been serving the public for seven years and is also a trained hostage negotiator for the northern Illinois region.
Erik has won several heat and feature races every year since 2004 at Lake Geneva Raceway, Rockford Speedway, Slinger, Dells Raceway & The Milwaukee Mile. Erik started working on Legends cars in 2002 for CPM Racing, drove Legends in 2003, and then moved into Super Cups in 2004.
Lawman Racing was formed in 2004 with the help of several other police officers. In 2006, David Cerer joined the team as a driver/owner and Lawmen Racing Inc. was born. Since then Erik has won the 2007 & 2008 CSR Super Cup Championships!
