Central States Region 2009 Registration

In order to become a registered driver for the 2009 CSR season, you are required to fill out all three forms to the right and either email them to tslatjv@sbcglobal.net or mail to Laurie Velez at 275 St. Marys Pkwy, Buffalo Grove, IL. 60089. Crew members do not need to fill out the 2009 Bio Form, but must fill out the other two forms. The registration forms are needed for CSR documentation, while the bio sheets are used for both the website and track promoters.

Driver registration is $100 for each car/driver. Checks can be made out to CSR Super Cups. Crew members are free. The Junior Division drivers are required to have at least one registered crew member (i.e. a parent). Junior Division drivers are also required to provide a copy of their birth certificate in order to verify age before their first race. They can mailed, brought to the track or scanned and emailed to tslatjv@sbcglobal.net.

Drivers who wish to race with CSR on a short term basis are not required to pay the $100 season registration. They will be required to fill out the registration form and liability waiver at the track, and pay $20 per race night.

Only drivers who pay for the $100 registration and attend 75% of the official CSR races are eligible for the End-of-Year Points Fund. These same drivers are also required to attend at least one car show, special event, or parade in 2009 in order to receive their full End-of-Year Points Fund payout. The event does not have to be an official "CSR Event". Your hometown events are just fine. Please notify the CSR Vice President after you have attended the event.

For 2009, all drivers will receive their weekly payouts at the end of the year in one lump sum. This is completely seperate from the End-of-Year Points Fund, and is NOTcontigent on the number of races attended, or attending car shows, etc.

The 2009 rule book is available for download. Any updates for 2009 will be made in the next few months and everyone will be notified of any changes. All drivers are expected to have read and understood all rules and guidelines before entering the race facility.  If you have any questions about the 2009 rules or registration, contact Jeff Myers at 630-333-8682 or cardoctorinc@juno.com.
